Terms of service

These terms apply when you use shopsourbear.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. They work together with our shipping, returns and refunds, and privacy policies.

Who we are

Sourbear is run by NETRADE SOLUTION, a business registered in Malaysia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Sourbear" mean that business. You can reach us at support@shopsourbear.com.

Who can order

  • We sell to customers in the United States only, for delivery to the addresses listed in our shipping policy.
  • You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

The frame

  • We show the frame as accurately as we can, but screens show colors differently.
  • Some images show the frame with sample photos. No photo is included.
  • The crystal heart and chain are small parts. Keep them out of reach of young children and pets.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax we're required to collect is shown at checkout.
  • Offers, like the 2-frame saving, apply as shown in your cart.
  • We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
  • If a price on the site is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

Orders

  • After you order, we email a confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we suspect fraud, if an address can't be delivered to, or if the frame is out of stock.
  • Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations follow our shipping policy and our returns and refunds policy.

Our content

Everything on this site, including the text, photos, videos and logo, belongs to Sourbear or is used with permission. Please don't copy it for commercial use.

Responsibility

  • To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that can't be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. That doesn't take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the US state where you live. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems can be fixed quickly.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
