Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), US territories, or outside the US.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

• Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days.
• Your order goes to our US warehouse straight away and ships by tracked ground service. We email you a tracking link when it ships.
• Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few extra days.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. In the busy weeks before Christmas, carriers can run a day or two slower.

Sending it to someone else

Enter their name and address at checkout. The gift box travels inside a plain shipping box, so it arrives ready to hand over. No prices are included in the package.

If there's a delay

If we can't ship your order in the time we said, we'll email you with a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.

Damaged, lost or late parcels

Email support@shopsourbear.com and we'll make it right. Our returns and refunds policy explains how.
